Today we’re looking at a fantastic technique to create a large round tank or cylinder with no gaps! Built by Dylan Lane for his Batman – Joker MOC, the technique uses 2×4 plates that are stacked together, but have 1×4 brackets at the end. This raises the end of the plates to create a circular shape that covers 360 degrees, and tiles can be attached to extend to your desired amount.

Today’s technique is by James Shields on Flickr, who has created a shield generator for his Hoth MOC.Brick bending is a technique where you loosely attach bricks together, in an attempt to create curves or other shapes that wouldn’t be possible by just stacking bricks.
